University Budget Committee Meetings & Materials

The University Budget Committee (UBC) meets monthly during the academic year, beginning in late fall. For 2025-2026, the President's Charge to UBC includes: 

• Working collaboratively to ensure the university's base operating budget is sustainable and supports our priorities.
• Provide feedback and guidance on matters related to budget transparency and strategies (e.g., internal service fee strategies, all-funds budgeting, and multi-year budget planning)
